Today I will be reviewing Optimum Nutrition pre-workout and a break down of the ingredients.


Gold Standard Pre-Workout by Optimum Nutrition is one of the company’s premium products.  One of the great advantages of this pre-workout is the many flavors this includes-blueberry lemonade watermelon and many more.I personally tried the blueberry it tasted a little sour but overall it was flavorful and one of the better tasting pre-workouts.I would have to rate this Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout  a 9/10

This Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout is claimed to do the following

  • Mental Alertness


Not much to say about this but I shook it for about 20 seconds and there were no clumps and mixed very well. Rating for Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout would have to be a 10/10

This is defiantly a must have It’s a great stimulant that can improve your strength and endurance during your training sessions. As well as this, it’s proven to boost your focus, again benefiting you in the gym.
