Taking a step back creatine does not work the same as caffeine, It does not give you instant energy it will help with working harder. Creatine is no instant formula that you can take to get ripped in a short amount of time, nor is it an answer for bigger muscles, but over time it can definitely help you get to where you want. I will give you an example of when creatines affective. Say that you can complete more reps and lift heavier weights, then you will get stronger from your muscles tearing as an end result your muscles will get bigger. Looking at the big picture creatine is definitely worth a shot but don’t expect instant results and remember everybody body can react differently with creatine.
